Was wondering if anyone is using it, or has any opinions on it ?
Sure is cheap enough.
They claim "usable" up to 2.0 GHz.
My application would be HF thru the vhf/uhf scanner frequencies,
BUT Receiving only.

That's an A/B switch from a dual coax CATV system. The connectors are
Type-F which will require adapters to BNC. The switch is rated to
1GHz and probably works well above that frequency. A more modern
version is commonly available from CATV and Satellite TV vendors:

$5/ea plus tax and shipping.
