No, I have Cablevision. The time is dispalyed continuously directly on
the front of my cable box, not on the TV. And it's always dead on.

The large digital clocks at the ends of the trading floor where I
work, showing LA, CHI, NY, LON, MOS, and HKG, are 5sec fast. Compared
to some of my co-worker's wrist-watches, PDAs, and cellphones - that's
SPOT on!
