Pretty telling link about the mindset of
this guy. People IMO should be more aware and when these signs are
present
to tell someone with the power to do
something about it.

This guy cleaned out his apartment and
was giving his neighbor....who he had never spoken to before, some of
his things.

Not a good sign.
