I've known Dave for years. He and another fellow operated an electronic
parts supply store in Corning, NY. Their main customer was Corning Inc.,
but probably anyone who has worked in any electrical/electronics field in
the Elmira-Corning-Painted Post area of upstate NY has done business there,
and knows Dave.

I believe he started his crystal radio kit business as a personal hobby
about 6 years ago.
