Charlie, you note that the meter cover is cracked and that the top of the unit should be repainted. Where is the crack in the meter cover, and, other than these two factors, is the unit in good shape? Does the price, $65, include shipping to Cinicinnati, OH? Thanks. 73, Hal W8HMK
