That would surely be a bit primitive in today's world.

If your main concern is the noise cancelling and your operatives can
manage to operate a radio then the Motorola Mototrbo range of radios
have exceptionally good noise cancelling. I have installed them in
paper mills and power stations where it is impossible to speak to the
person next to you because of the noise and they still work well. On
one dem' the bosses refused to accept the operator was in the generator
hall until they saw him there because the audio quality was so good.
