Wow. You idiots certainly are terrified of Palin aren;t you. After
all if she's nothing more than a flash in the pan and is no big deal
then why are all of you imbeciles so obseesed?
Too ****ing funny.

I like the way her clothes are too small. Definitely needs something in
her mouth though.

The rednecks just love her. but, you may want to look closer at the
money behind her and the tea bag heads. they will try to take over the
repug party. i'm the first person to say we need more than 2 main
parties. but look what happened when RR invited/needed the religious
wacko's to win. brings the term "RINO", to mind. so don't let some
douche bag BS ya. we will be cleaning up from Bush, for years to
come. and after that, we will be cleaning up from Obama. I won't
live long enough to see this country back to the way it was in
the 60's.

Drifter...

Indeed. Who can forget those good old days of high pollution, racisl
unrest, protests everyday of the week and thousands of soldiers dying
in a little place called Vietnam. *Ahhh the memories.- Hide quoted text -

Oh for the days of yore! The Cuban Missile crisis when the world came
dangerously close to incinerating itself with nuclear missiles...when
women had few rights and worked for half the pay of men even though
performing the same work...disenfranchised blacks who were not
permitted to vote even though they were citizens and paid
taxes...forced conscription into the military to become cannon fodder
for the war profiteers...ah yes, utopia lost indeed!

Isn't it interesting how Mr. "Drifter" exposes himself as the moronic
racist he is without even knowing he is doing so. The sad part is that
he and his ilk deny until their last breath that they are ignorant
chauvanistic racists (he's probably a church going "Christian" to
boot). I almost feel some sympathy for the old fart, after reading
some of the drivel he has posted it is clear he doesn't have much gray
matter left to work with. I suspect he ingested way too many drugs
while in Vietnam back in the "good old days" or perhaps inhaled too
much agent orange. Either way, he's a very sad case.

To be honest everything is relative. I'm partial to the 70's simply
because those were my teenage years. The draft ended before I got out
of high school so there was none of that pressure. As most people of
my age I wasn't concerned about politics to speak of. Hell, after
being a grade schooler during Vietnam and living in a city that
literally burned during the civil rights riots, the Iranian hostage
crisis was just something on the news. Didn't have any bills and
still lived at home. Drove a "hot rod" (1973 Cuda). Had a job after
HS making $3.25 an hour and had all the cash I needed.
Black and white folks seemed to get along a lot better then than now.
Black on black as well as black on white crime was a hell of a lot
lower then than now. People didn't screen every word out of your
mouth back then looking for something politically incorrect to bitch
about. Hell the phrase politically correct didn't even exist yet.
People seemed to laugh more then. The early days of SNL, ABC's
attempt at competition with "Fridays", seeing The Stones, Nugent,
Seeger and many many more for $6 to $8 a ticket. ****, the world I
existed in at that time of my life was pretty fun.
In 1980 I got married. The fun was over. LOL
