Approximately 1/2 of immigrant households (both legal and illegal)

argue that immigration is a social issue, but it's a fiscal issue as
well. Sign our petition urging Pres. Obama, Speaker of the House
Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Reid to stop expanding our welfare
system through high immigration numbers.

Why don't we just put the people who hire illegals out of business?
We'd starve to death. Most of the employers of illegals are farms and
food
processing plants.
There are plenty of citizens who can do the work.
Perhaps, but not many who WOULD. I worked the fields when I was in my tweens
and early teens, just to have spending money (dad didn't believe in
allowances). I was the only one there, ever, that wasn't either Mexican or
Native American. Most Americans don't want the hard work for the low wages.
Field work is damn hard.
