South of Baltimore, not sure why. It is relly confusing. NYC's
Brooklyn is the biggest,out of many less known ones. And so-called
Brooklyn accent has become completely extinct over here, last speakers
of which have passed into the better world. When portrayed in old
movies, letter ' r ' sounded like " oi " !

Not really. He was nominated for the 6th congressional district once,
and it is in Queens.
Whatever. Those guys all sound like they have carrots up their noses.
