One interesting thing I did just discover - and I would not have
expected it - is that V. Russia, on it's "contact" webpage, provides a
mailing label that anyone in the world can use to send them letters
FREE. It's an odd label, it seems to route business mail through the
Netherlands, but I have no reason right now to doubt its usefulness.
