It's my McAdam Tester Model 2000. Works, as far as I can tell. I think
you can see what it does from reading the controls: it's a power supply,
a signal generator, and a distortion analyzer, allowing up to four units
to be compared at one time.

All the rage for the well-heeled audiophile or service department in the
early '70s!

Still wondering if anyone has come across any documentation for it.

I'm also in a postiion where it looks like selling it is the way to
go...

Ah yes, remember this unit well. Our local hi-fi salon had one in the
service dept, complete with a pool of spittle on the floor in front of it
from all the droolers . . .
BTW, what do you think it would take to pry it from you?
Tom

Darn good question, Tom. Of course, first question for you (assuming you
are interested) is are you within driving distance? I'm near Toronto, ON.
I say that because ir you remember, it weighs like a washing machine, and
won't go by normal shipping methods... Just kidding about the washing
machine, but it's two people to lift it.

Whew! Ontario eh? That's a bit far from me. (KY) Ah well . . .
