You don't do wireless mics for live TV.

The upshot is that when a wireless mike using NiMH cells on live TV
goes south, it screws up your TV show. That's reasonably relevant, I

We go through several 5 gallon buckets of AAs a year.

What show is it, Dave? A local show or something that gets some
syndication or network exposure?

I do live network shows. If you watch TV you've seen shows I work on.
