Here's some "spin" from the web page you directed us to.

Add the people who oppose because the bill is not liberal enough (13%),
and the people who support the bill (39%), then you get 52%, which is
more than half.


Please cite the specific poll that says this.


The polls didn't ask it that way

THe polls only indicate the opposition based on a sampling response
for favorability.

It's the public sentiment from politicians, grass roots that clearly
pointed to the progressive wing being in that "opposing group"

It requires a little cogent thought to put 2 and 2 together

If Dennis Kucinich's vocal opposition isn't enough to suggest it, what
better evidence?


Kucinich supports the bill.
