I heard this station again this afternoon/evening (30 March 2010) at
0115 - with a good solid carrier S-5 to S-8 carrier, not much noise or
fading at all, but practically no audio to speak of. Either they are
greatly undermodulated or else the sidebands were somehow being
attenuated in the ether while the carrier came on through. If this
station had the same level of audio most anyone else has with this
signal level, it would have been armchair copy. Anyway, couldn't
stick around long enough to wait for improvement - my offspring was in
a HS band concert this evening, and he gets priority :-)
