I sent a reception report in Spanish, and requested a QSL or
verification, by post with $3 US specifically identified for return
postage to:

I received an e-mail from a Mr. Carlos Cabrera Torres at R. Victoria -
here is his response, translated from Spanish:

"Dear Bruce Jensen: It was gratifying for us to read [your] report
tuning our [Emisora] Radio Victoria, which operates from the city of
Lima, capital of Peru, South America.

"We are gratified and very pleased to know that our sound waves from
reaching your country and indeed also that programming is your
pleasure. You can send your report to us at:
or to this email. and thus extend our relationship.

"We also take this [opportunity] to thank [you] for [your] report
which is very useful for us. From now part of our circle of friends of
Radio Victoria. Without further ado, Sincerely,

There is absolutely no other detail. So - is this a QSL or
verification? I know that R. Victoria has QSLed many times in the
past for others - but I am not sure about this message.

Should I resend it to the e-mail?
