murders committed by US servicemen either. They also weren't there
during the multiple aerial bombings of wedding parties and civilian
apartment buildings.

Not quite the same thing and proved incidents of abuse of civilians
are punished. But, and this is important. Merely claiming some
atrocity which can't be investigated cause the bodies can't be
disturbed cause they're Mooselimbs doesn't cut it.
And "wedding parties" consisting of armed asshats are fair game
as are asshat occupied dwellings which for some reason are usually
kept full of civilians who'd probably rather be elsewhere given
the choice.
