Default Why the Great Liberty Net died.

On Apr 11, 2:04*pm, Arky Bob wrote:
The Great Liberty Net died because the greatest Liberty Net proclaimer
of all time, Y-Man, quit proclaiming. *That's right, SWL-ers, if Y-Man
had stayed on the job, The Great Liberty Net would continue to have a
bigger audience than Larry King and Glen Beck combined.

When Y-Man proclaimed The Great Liberty Net, jiffy-pop sales went
through the roof. *Diet Coke, hot cocoa mix, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer -
all the favorite beverages of the listeners, just skyrocketed.
Traffic jams at 7-11 were commonplace. *There were even fist-fights
over who would get the last tin of Jiffy-Pop. *Some guy pulled a knife
over a 6 pack of PBR at a Safeway in downtown Washington, DC. *True
stories, just check 'em out on snopes.com.

And now, Y-Man is gone and so are the listeners. *When Y-Man
proclaimed The Great Liberty Net, there wasn't enough radio waves to
go around. *If you didn't tune in early, all the radio waves were all
absorbed before you got there, and you didn't have a chance to hear
W1WCR give the roll call. *Let alone all the fine commentary given by
the netters.

Come back, Y-Man - give The Great Liberty Net a new lease on life.
Your countrymen are depending on you. *You need to hurry and get on
board in time for the return of WB4AIO.

Rumor has it that Y-Man is still around but under a different
(classified) name.
