First, the question didn't belong here, it's not even radio related.
Far better in sci.electronics.basics, but even then I have doubts, since
it's not an electronic question.

Second, there really isn't an answer. Rip out the existing electronics,
then take a cheap phone from the drugstore and take the circuit board out
and mount it in the CB set. It's purely a cosmetic issue.
