All I know is 60 meters is somewhat a mess. I'm copying either Bolivia
or Guatemala on 4845 at 2227UTC - I'm hoping for it to clear up a bit.

It wasn't arabic Bruce, that's why I used process of elimination. :-)
I can't tell, pretty hard static crashes right now - but I could tell
the speaker isn't arabic. I'm going to keep it here for a bit.
