WWRB at 0558UTC May 5, 2010 on 3185KHz.
Brother Stair in progress.
at 0602 an announcer breaks into the program to announce "WWRB
Manchester, Tennesee" then program continues.
The FCC broadcast station database says license cancelled, but the
FCC international IFRB A10 database says
3185 KHz in use.
FCC database says Morristown, Tennesee but announcer said Manchester,
Tennesee.
