Default Balun Transformer Identification

I wonder if anyone can identify the balun I bought at a sale
recently which I think is probably American. It is housed in a grey
painted metal box approx 3 in wide x 2.5 in high x 2.5 in deep with
a mounting bracket spot welded to the base. It has an Amphenol SO239
* socket and four ceramic terminals which can be connected to
provide matching to 75 or 300 ohms. Markings on the side are CMC
173-160 , CMC/CGP 170-800 and FL 241-A.

I have put up two pics atwww.radiowymsey.org/rf1.jpgandwww.radiowymsey.org/rf2.jpg

TIA,

Charlie.
