You were correct the first time.
Nothing with mass can attain light speed and it doesn't matter if it is
charged or not.
I think you need to clarify.. zero "rest mass"..
Nope, "mass" unqualified refers to rest mass and qualifiers only become
necessary if talking about other than rest mass.
