Noble, but not workable. So, the smart people who can follow your reason
do not breed, while the gullible stupid listening to religious fanatics
do, and their numbers are increasing at the polls.

What's needed is more fertilized eggs of the case manager class who will
grow up to deal with the problems and have fewer clients in the case loads.

I know a MSW who bore four daughters, who all grew up to be nurses
and/or social workers. But the four have had no daughters at all, and
grandma is still working at 71 cause they cant find anyone competent
enuf to replace her.

The social safety nets need far more competent people holding it all
together, and far fewer sitting in it.

"Equal opportunity" has not, in fact, increased the numbers supporting
social services cause you cannot develop talent that is not innately
there to start with. And, those few which are found to be gifted tend
far more often to be hired by the corporate culture which pays better.

The effective caseworker/healthcare provider relies on an innate talent
to read body language apart from the "IQ" or other such talents
academics and business wants and measures. You havta be born with it.

Granted that lotsa poor women have it, and have perfectly adequate
maternal instincts as well, but lack the other aspects of intelligence
to keep up with the science, drugs, nutrition, educational policy, and
so on an effective case worker needs.

One solution is to provide poor women with in vitro fertilized eggs from
women who have been remarkably effective in healthcare and case
management. Having more girls like this in class will result in far
lower rates of violence in the schools because already they pick up on
the body language clues to impending problems.
