+ Plus we will add that to you long list of
Preaching that Pure Canadian Hatred and
Intolerance for All Things Jewish.

-ps- care to add any other religions or faiths
to your list . . .

- FLDS and Mormons are not the same thing.

Dave - Now that is true -but- to pre-judge someone
because they are a member of either is bigotry.

Dave - Go back to the original post :
OT - Warren Jeffs Cased is Dismissed
-hello- D-I-S-M-S-S-E-D
-reason- Often the Prosecution will DISMISS the
Criminal Charges when the State cannot proceed
in good faith based on lack of evidence; or they
cannot prove the elements of the crime to a Jury
Beyond a Reasonable Doubt at Trial.
-hint- LACK OF [NO/NADA/NONE] EVIDENCE

1 - "Both of the two girls decided not to testify"
-translation- NO WITNESSES
{No Elements (Material Facts} of a Crime}

2 - the prosecution said "it just wouldn't be worth it"
-translation- THE PROSECUTOR HAD NO CASE

Conclusion : The Prosecutor or Judge Dismissed
the Case; cause the Crimes(s) could not Legally
be Proven in a Court of Law.

-note- Now honestly do I 'think' Warren Jeffs is
Guilty-as-Hell [Yes] -but- At this Time not in a
Court of Law -so- For now Warren Jeffs is afforded
his Civil Right of the Presumption of Being Innocent
Until Proven Guilty.

dave - don't be willing to convict 'the accused' based on
your dislike of for him and hatred for his religion ~ RHF
*.

Here is the part RHF that I feel is somewhat hypocritical. Like you
said, and I agree with, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If
that is indeed the truth, along with the ole' 'fair and speedy trial'
- - why is it many many people are either held at a bond so high they
can't afford to get out or no bailbondsmen can find them with a search
warrant?

Then they sit and languish in jail for usually two and a half too
three years if they decide to take their case to trial because they
didn't do it. If they're presumed innocent as everyone says ( though
we both know most have already made up their mind) - why must they
spend anymore time that it takes for booking? Follow me fella? ;-)
Questions to ponder IMO.
