old Federal restriction on new showerheads. *Some dozen STATES as long
ago as 1992 (that's 18 years ago) had put restrictions on new
showerhead manufacture. *Don't worry, you will not need to rip out
your old showerhead and purchase a new one.

showerheads "low flow". That's been happening, like you said, since
REAGAN was in office.
