Retirement Check from the US Government and have an automatic FEHB
Premiums deducted for his Cadillac Health Care Coverage and Medical

PLUS because Cheney was a VP he will have that extra special access to
US Government Health Facilities at 'no' or low cost that the FEHB will
pay for.
