How do they file returns without SSNs? This sounds bogus.

If illegal immigration were such a big problem, the federal government would
have stopped it during any Republican or Democratic regime since the 1940s
when it first rose to public attention.

Hmm...the same thing could be said about Global Warming (tm). All we do
is talk about both issues and do absolutely nothing that has any glimmer
of effectiveness.
