Be that as it may, the wise are motivated by more than money. Teachers
like working with kids that are orderly, pay attention, and actually
learn. They want their own kids in schools that work. The teacher tests
removed the incompetent but well connected (who we see were not removed
in the recent banking/Wall Street debacle), and as a result the level of
competence rose with teachers synergistically motivating each other and
the kids. Because there were no longer any incompetent teachers, all
teachers got more respect.
Paying professionals in the bureacracy, banking,& *brokerages did not
result in a higher quality of management. I dont think paying lawyers
more has resulted in better quality justice. More money attracts the
greedy, not just the competent.

Most likely they learned this at Home
or other venues and not at school.
