Yes, the MW band is quite open and MW DXing is great fun, especially
from one of our great DXpedition sites on the coast.
Going to Jongensgat in mid September and taking the Kiwa MW Loop which
now seems to be working again.

John, vary cool. great to hear the Kiwa is working again. you might
want to check your cables and connectors. the loop is just too good

- to just sit on a s'h'elf somewhere.

But sitting the 'imposing' Kiwa MW Loop
Antenna on a nice wooden Shelf in the
Radio Shack a foot above the Radios

-are- both nice places to locate the Kiwa so that
you can use the Loop with the Radio/Recivers
