I think the blue bar is confusing. I'm pretty sure Finland is less corrupt
than Chad.

Nope - 10 is *best*, 0 is totally hopelessly messed up. Read the
legend at the bottom, all will become clear. U.S. is in the best 11%
of the list.

Misreading things like this, and repeating them, is what makes vicious
and untrue rumors start until almost everyone accepts the lies as
