FWIW - Many people who ha old Tube type TV Sets
in their Bedrooms had to add a small electric Room
Heater when they up-graded to a new LCD HD-TV.
-yes- the old TV Sets did put out that much Heat*
hour-after-hour as you watched TV hour-after-hour.
