You should at least Filter the ' fishy olive oil'
between uses; and get rid of the Cancerous
by-products* building-up in the Oil.

Better is to Rinse the Inside Cooking Surface
of the Pan with Hot Water Only {No Soap}; then
Wipe it down; and apply a light coat of Olive Oil.
