It's against the law for government to tell a church what to do.
I say the 1866 equal protection law applies, as well as the 14th amendment.

NO one can marry direct DNA relations(Family) and NO body can marry
anyone but the opposite sex.....

Gays would have no physical reason to *NOT* marry family since they
can't produce retarded/weak DNA offspring. So when you allow the gays to
marry the Heterosexuals will then be able to complain that their civil
rights are being violated by stopping them from marrying their brother
or sister or son or daughter. Then using equal protection under the law
you would be forced to allow heterosexual family members like brother,
sister or father, daughter marriages also.

And that is one reason that Marriage is NOT what is needed for gays. You
have a death certificate for a reason and you don't use a death
certificate for someones birth, they are for different purposes, as
should Marriage NOT be used for both Heterosexual and Homosexual unions.
They are two very different applications of law and to use the same
document and rules and regulations will be a disservice to one or the
other and at some point would lead to violating the "equal protection
under the law" part of the constitution.
