Well, yes, and no ...

When a congressman "forgets" to pay his taxes and he just suddenly
apologizes and pays them--that is criminal rights ...

When a congressman is "accused" of "inappropriate behavior" with his/her
aids and it is just forgotten--that is criminal rights ...

When a public servant get "special rights" and is allowed to escape
criminal punishment, as I am sure you have seen before--that is criminal
rights ...

Or, there are criminal rights, alright ... it is just shocking who the
criminals are!
