I think he primarily works CW. His call is CO2KK. I did hear him once
around 14.320 SSB. He called CQ and a couple people called him back
including me and he came back with something about losing propagation.
So maybe downtown Havana is fairly noisy or he wasn't interested in a
pile-up.
