It's a mistake to think that the intelligence of any politician actually
has any effect on the governance. Most, if not all, politicians are
merely front men for commercial interests. Politicians either provide
business opportunities for their friends or make slaves of us via
increased debt burden. The debt goes up yearly, regardless of who's in
power. It's feudalism under a new name, except you hand over paper
certificates instead of your crop.
