Eventually the World Wide System of Trade Flows,
Filters and Balances Out with the USA roughly 'receiving'
that $20B back in Demands for Goods and Services
from many divergent sources from around the world;
not just Israel.

Unless the USA's comes in the form of US "Sourced"
Goods and Services :
US {Made} Military Equipment
US {Grown} Food and Agriculture

China [PRC] Usually Does Not Simply Give Money :
China Gives Some Money {Coupled With}
+ Chinese Made Materials
+ Chinese Human Labor Corps
{China Exports Labor as a Form of Foreign Aid} :
Chinese Foreign Aid Is Always For Securing Natural
Resources; Food and Agriculture and Markets.
* The PRC Is Not Charitable : They Are Monopolist
Corporatists Seeking First Economic Cooperation
and then Domination of the World Exchange.
