Could be - but the sfi has not risen that much, and on days with the
sfi as high as 150, it was never this good.

Moreover, the lower bands in general - 60/75/90 - were just so-so in
propagation. Nobody else besides RV that I could tell had a
significant improvement at my QTH. So, my vote goes to the restored
transmitter in this instance.
