Low threshold of proof...again....

As they are the ones who issue passports their threshold is good enough
for me.

You don't need a U.S. birth certificate to obtain a U.S. passport.

I needed one. They rubbed it.- Hide quoted text -

In order to make official seal impressions visible our clerks and
deeds registry folks, such as Gladys Worley, Jo Corn, or Elizabeth
Digges, smeared the impression with black ink so that it would show
up when photocopied for recording in the books held in the locked
vaults at the courthouse, and on microfiche. Now these official
documents are all digitized to save cramped courthouses a little
space, but paper documents are still indispensable. After time-
stamping and recording the original instrument, complete with the
smears, is then returned to the homeowner, lienholder, testator,
trustor, or . . .

So many birthers, so much inbreeding and stupidity. Neanderthal DNA
yet lives! You just cannot school that neanderthal DNA. It's dumb as
an ox.
