You're making quite a presumption on blind faith (or hope). AFAIK, there
has not been a FOIA or cognate request for a check of those papers.-

FOIA is irrelevant, as far as you're concerned. State's already done
its job. Keep it separated, man -- they'll do the background checks,
you pump the gas. It'll all work out.
