*You are confusing the two terms:
Ni**er is not the same as Ni**a.

For example, a white man that calls an African American a Ni**er means
it as a insult. But a calling a black man a Ni**a, such as "My Ni**a"
is a term of endearment 95% of the time. So BO is "My Ni**a prez."
