Default 25-meter-band got "red hot" this morning...

ordinary...but they do not tell the whole story. *By about 0900z, the
11-meter band was erupting with signals here near SF Bay, and after
1000z it was almost ridiculous. *Voice of Mongolia, always a tough
station to get any audio on hereabouts, was at S-9+ on AM, and would
have been armchair if not for R. Australia 5 kHz down that was
blasting in at S-9 + 40. *At about 1045z, several mainland China and
Russia outlets were bombing in here at S-9 + 60 db. *Insane. *I'm glad
I got to see it :-)
