I am only familiar with what happened in the past ... a recount of votes
always meant bringing a lot of temp help to hand count the votes.
Obviously, a recount done by computers is no better than the fraud
available by electronic voting machines ... as always, if the people
don't demand protections and make sure they are protected from
criminals, the criminals will be there ...
