I think that is great, citing the supreme court, if I am not mistaken
some ruling of theirs also makes it mandatory that both parents of the
person in question must have been American citizens at the childs' birth ...
I don't believe obamas' father (probably the one he claims, maybe not)
was NOT an American citizen ... and, I don't think he ever applied nor
became an American citizen ...
Great job of disinformation and attempting to divert argument/debate ...
However, the Constitution STILL requires proof obama was a natural born
citizen, or born on American soil ... most likely, American territories,
possessions, military bases, etc. would also be deemed satisfactory
under close scrutiny ...
and, obama fails on these, all of them, and more ...
Even worse, even IF obama HAD BEEN born an American citizen ... his
schooling in indonesia would have required him to have given up his
American citizenship and to have reapplied for citizenship when he
returned to his country ... I doubt he ever made that application ...
but, worse yet, even if he did, he would still be in question as to his
eligibility as president ...
We stand at the very tip of the iceberg on obama with the "birther"
argument in its' present state ...
This is why to even let the question into court is certain death for obama!
I think Corsis' book also will cover all this ... YOU REALLY WILL NEED
TO READ THAT BOOK!
