12,759 kHz; but I have heard them on 4319 kHz
several times before. Koreans {Fishermen} on/near
4319 USB at 1303 UTC with AFN mumbles when
they were not transmitting.

I heard them pretty well yesterday (April 29, 2011) at *0150 UTC* on
12,759 USB - first time ever on any frequency. *Surprised - since this
does not match their scheduled transmission. *Even got a recording.
Listening again now (23:20 onward) on the 29th to see if this
reception repeats at some point.
