.pdf file purporting to be a scan of the orignial ... however, it is
obvious that it does not bear an official seal, and has been tampered

Jerome Corsi claims to have the paper trail on the coverup and
documentation which proves ~2 million+ spent by obama in hiding his

records contained in public documents. I am anxious to give this a
serious read.

began with a presidential candidate promising transparency and has

up with executive orders issued by him to keep his entire past a

... that only takes a rational mind to realize that something is bad

How do you explain a copy of the original, posted on the White House
website, being a pdf file with layers? Was it generated as a pdf file 50
years ago?

That's what happens when it's scanned. Happens all the time. You seem
flummoxed by the simplest of things.

Doesn't work that way on my scanner. It ends up all in one layer. How
does the scanner know to separate signatures, forms, background into
separate layers?

The worst part is the separation of the text from the actual black and
white form, then the separation of various text fields from others adds
MUCH insult to injury, etc. ... that crappy "safety paper" it is all
pasted onto just adds another level of obfuscation ...

Someone asked for a copy of a legal document just wouldn't give such a
crappy fake unless complete stupid or for some, as yet, unfathomable reason!
