In 1961, a child born abroad to one alien parent and one American
citizen parent aged 18 or under would not be an American citizen. This
is not in rational dispute.

If Hussein Obama, the putative president of the US, were born abroad, he
would not be a citizen and therefore would be ineligible for election to
the presidency.
