Nasville got hit badly in 2010 . Thousand-year flood .

Thousand year floods every hundred years; hundred year floods every 10
years. 1 foot coastal inundation now 10 feet, 10 foot inundation now 100
feet.

We used to get a good clown 'tard every 20 years or so, but, now we have them
all the time, and Dave Rickmers is a prime example!
