Default you hoas could face a huge lawsut for requiring cellphone towers andother towers to bllend in with the sky

and it was a public street I was parked on. the hoa roads are a
different color pavement and where I was parked was here way before
the hoas were ever built in this neighborhood. Or maybe
that is because we are mandated to use ARES how can that
be since the Kentucky state court has ruled ARES is illegal. also,
anyone who obeyes their hoa to paint the tower so it blends in with
the skyline and is invisible when looking at the skyline, including
the cellphone companies doing so at the hoas insistence, will find a
huge lawsuit on their hands when they are sued by a bunch of people
whos relatives die in the crashes because the pilots did not know a
tower was there since it blends n so well with the skyline instead of
being visible. although the hoas are against it, the pilots want those
towers visilthe pilots and federal government are for it. that is why
lights are required on thosee the hoas are making airplane travelso le
and NOT matching the skyline the pilots and federal government are for
it. that is why lights are required on thosee the hoas are making
airplane travelso ecause they are very very dangerous when painted a
color where you cant see them. the hoas are making airplane travel
much more dangerous for people. and when word gets out, I am sure the
airplane companies wont lke losing all that revenue from people no
longer flying.. http://www.avweb.com/blogs/insider/A..._204022-1.html
