You see the above on a smaller scale when people leave the city to
escape the problems and go to the smaller towns. *They end up enacting
the same ordinances, rules, laws, actions, styles, mindsets, etc. which
caused all the problems in the first place! *Soon, the place they left
is no different that the place they are ...

Mexican rotten problem goes back to the Spanish colonialism era and
still ruled by
the Spanish at the top and non-white mestizo are at the bottom. Most
Mexicans Mestizo mixed gene are brought by the Spanish's Corte Army
who tainted with Moorish and Arab gene which is why most Mexicans
look more like Arab than
North American native.
